The video posts are not working as they should. I have the post type set to “video” and the url inputted in the featured video section, but no image (thumbnail) is showing up in the featured image. The website is orlandovoice.us.

I have used a video URL according to this documentation, I have used a valid URL and an appropriate post type. I also just updated my theme. Posts still show up with a blank thumbnail.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
