Any way to move comments higher up on post pages?

Yes, you can use the new cloud templates https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Import a single post template, then drag and drop the comment box to where you want. https://www.screencast.com/t/7kR190pUlu. If using the default templates, you will need to modify the theme code https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-comments-directly-under-post/.
