Is just checked your website and now this is working -> https://i.imgur.com/fLubRRc.jpg just make sure that all posts has featured image.
If the problem persist, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I re-created the template from scratch, I realized that inserting a shortcode means that the template breaks.
It is solved by removing the shortcode, which should not happen, but even removing the shortcode I have the following problems
1) the right column is sticky https://ibb.co/C7XwLNn but does not stick https://ibb.co/CQsnmL6
2) YouTube videos show the thumbnail in low resolution and out of square https://ibb.co/QvvZFyt, but in the constructor it shows them the same https://ibb.co/7V20jgT (This happens to me in all my post templates)

1. Make sure that this option is enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ahmZDeU.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/ and you clear all cache.
2. Usually this is an option from some plugins, usually optimization plugins that comperes the featured image to a low resolution to can be load faster. You can make a test, disable all non theme plugins, clear all cache and check the results.
