We have 2 licenses for the Newspaper theme. It won’t let us register/activate both themes using the same login information. Does this mean we have to have two tagdiv accounts with two usernames and two email addresses and login to the corresponding account depending on which we require support for at the time? Can we now merge these and activate them under one account? They were purchased under the same account on Themeforest.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this regard, sorry! Notice that each license has a unique Item Purchase Code and we cannot merge your licenses to be only one, sorry!

Same issue… so I have a network of sites so that means I have to have 15+ different tagdiv accounts!? Come on guys…. aren’t you developers that can figure this out!????

In this case, you can make one registration with the user and email and the other ones you can activate them by manual activation according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ without accounts.
