Multiple Licenses – Only one support?

Greetings:

I have three licenses for newspaper theme, which btw I love. I recently purchased the latest one a few months ago and got extended support, now in my themeforest account it show support for all three? The problem/question I have is I just updated two sites to the newest 10.3.1 but one site shows updated the other still shows the same 10.3, with the noticeable difference of the missing UPDATE tab in the Newspaper Tab. How do I fix this?

Hello !

The update tab has been added only from 10.3.1 In order to have that feature you will have to update your Newspaper Theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

My biggest apologies for wasting time, I apparently was busier then thought, I thought I had updated with the latest but actually updated with the old zip file. Very Homer Simpson, Doh! moment.
