Multisite WordPress does not upgrade to a new release (NEWSPAPER THEME)

Good morning to all the forum.

I have a problem updating the NEWSPAPER theme from the current 12.2 version to the (LATEST) 12.3 version.

I state that my site is in a WordPress Multisite installation.

It happens that when you do the AUTOMATIC update, nothing is done.

Everything remains as before.

The screen only shows the transition from the dashboard of the wordpress site where I am updating to the main dashboard of the WordPress administration of the Multisite system.

I searched the documentation but couldn’t find anything that could help me understand.

Hello!

I would gladly recommend you make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Before updating, uninstall all the non-tested plugins with our theme. These are our tested plugins: https://prnt.sc/D8KITBstFWJy
