Please use a footer template from Cloud https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ after you can edit it with tagdiv Composer.
Also, for the subscriber button, please edit the page with tagdiv Composer, scroll until the element, and select the element to edit.

Build your new menu in Appearance -> Menus. You can add the list menu element/shortcode , for example, by choosing the new menu created in that dropdown from the list menu element’s settings, and it will be displayed in your footer where you added the list menu element.
