I am editing the design of my website using the neswspaper theme. For this, I watch the videos you publish and read the articles. Finally, I wanted to create the template in the video I watched. I entered all the information as you described. But even though I entered the category ids correctly, the categories do not appear in the template. What should I do?

The option you showed in the screenshot could be enabled/disabled from here: https://prnt.sc/4e327xJuZqXD
Also, you could select which categories to appear there by writing the IDs in the second field called “Show the following IDs”(check the screenshot).

Save and view the page. Clear all cache and see the results.
If the categories won’t appear, then make sure there is not a plugin conflict. Deactivate ALL plugins except TagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see the results.

Make sure your categories contain some posts/articles and you do not have some errors in the console which can block the categories from displaying: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
If the problem is still there, then then we need to investigate why it is not working for you.
