my home page of my website looks crashed! plz help!

when you type beingsmart. me my website name, it appears like this. then you click on home.

this is how it looks. completely crashed.but when you click on being smart -get smarter everyday. instead of clicking on home page below. this is how it looks. why I am seeing these two versions. one which looks crashed is not my design. how to get rid of that. plz help. thank you.

no mam, actually iam using tagDiv Standard Pack, though tagDiv Cloud Library is activated I am using no template from the cloud..
