After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.

Vi em outro comentario que você mesmo resolveu esse problema para uma outra pessoa que fez a mesma pergunta. Eu entendo que seja super ocupado, e entendo que para você isso pareça algum facil de fazer, mais de verdade, não estou conseguindo e meu site se encontra parado a varios dias por conta disso. Não sei mais o que fazer. Não teria como você mesmo fazer isso para mim por favor, lhe suplico, mais realmente preciso ativar meu site novamente. 🙁 🙁

You don’t need to buy the theme again. As long as you have a valid license for our theme you have unlimited access to updates. You just have to login in your themeforest account and download last theme’s version available in downloads section. We released V 3.0 for Newsmag yesterday so you can update to that version following our documentation. Make sure you do a clean update. By this I mean that you have to delete current theme’s install and upload new themes files via WordPress or vis ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer and test the site again.

Also please address us in English as we don’t speak Spanish and it’s hard to understand your messages.
