I have a few pages on my Mobile theme that I want to get rid of. Also my content policy & about us pages on my phone are empty.
Any kind of input will be appreciated

Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin then you’ll need to edit the pages and make a new content for mobile theme using the mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/Y7wPBU1.png (the content need to be remade only for page for mobile theme plugin).
Also if you want to have the same content on mobile as on desktop, you can deactivate the mobile theme or you can disable it on specific posts/pages using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/UlnYyuY.png
Also what pages do you want to remove from mobile ?
