Unfortunately from your report I do not understand what can be the problem (you did not provide details about the problem you are facing), a link or some screenshots with the problem.
Please notice that we recommend to make a full backup before each theme update, also we recommend to use our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
It will be indicate that during the theme update to disable the extra plugins. Also please do not overwrite the old theme and do not forget to update and enable the theme plugins (if not your website will display only shortcodes).
Another thing is when you have an old version and update the theme, every time try the theme update on staging/subdomain or localhost, not directly on live website.
