My website is wethepvblic.com At first the social counter works fine but it suddenly stop working. Our facebook like is already at 19.9K but on our website its only 19,050. Please help. What can i do to fix this problem.
I tried changing the ID it shows 0 then when i change it back again it remain 0 Please help me.

We changed the social counter implementation for facebook. Now the plugin uses the API key to retrieve the informations from facebook. Try to update the theme and the social counter at the latest version available on themeforest, clear all caches deactivate all others plugins and test again. Here are the update guides:

Can I use the plugin in a 6.5 theme? I have the updated plugin I didn’t update my theme.

Please make sure you followed all the steps from our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ and clear your cache. (enter the id again after you clear cache) and give it a couple of hours to update. It is not a live count. The counter only makes a few requests/day to the server.
