I’ve deactivated the mobile theme plugin.
I’ve made a different page of mobile layout and different for desktop layout. Yet, I see that desktop design is showing when I open my site from mobile.

Also, clear your cache.

and created a customized template for an article page for Mobile. Although it s selected, just like you showed us in the printscreen (https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd) , the mobile still displays the default newspaper theme. I checked with multiple phones.

If you use a plugin for cache, please clear it, also you can try to deactivate it and make a few tests and see if after the mobile page will apply.

A funcționat cu ștergerea cache-ului. Problema e că fiecare nou articol adăugat este afișat în template-ul default al temei. Abia după ce dau „stergere cache” se afiseaza in template-ul nou, activ.

First please make sure to check with your host. Sometimes they do offer caching options that don’t have the best performances. For cache we recommend using WP Super Cache as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
