I have spent 6 hours yesterday, in order to re-create homepage of website.
The moment that website was updated and destroyed because of vc update,
I had 2 other opened tasks, that I gave up.
Yesterday I lost credibility from my clients because of above status.
Why did you not inform us about the problems that the subject has, with one e-mail?

The mention in the documentation was always there, but how can we know what each user does? It is up to each individual to read the theme documentation before using it and use the theme in the intended way or face the consequences of your actions. We cannot be held responsible for that.

We cannot inform all users via a general email to not update the visual composer plugin as it is already mentioned in the documentation.

after update newspaper from 8 to 8.1 the website is broken!!!!

Make sure you also delete and update all plugins included with Newspaper, not just the theme!
