Whenever I clear or purge cache on my website and try to open it for the first time after that. I can see a glitched sidebar moving from right to left.

Hello,

Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if the problem persists, please provide more information like screenshots and a link to your website.

Hi Anamaria,
Thanks for the reply. I have linked my website and the YouTube link. Basically its a glitch as the menu is the sidebar navigation one which should be there in Mobile version of the website. I disabled all the plugins, imported and deleted child theme, and purged cache multiple times. It’s sometimes too easy to recreate and other times it is easy.

I deleted the theme and FTP a new one and even checked my database.

Can you please help me with it?

Hello,

That sidebar appears when using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
