I’m contacting you to request your assistance regarding the license activation of your Newspaper theme, which I just purchased for the very first time on ThemeForest. As a beginner, I’m still learning how your system works, and I thank you in advance for considering my lack of experience.
I initially installed the theme on a temporary domain provided by my web host:
floralwhite-emu-754544.hostingersite.com.
However, I have just migrated my site to my main domain:
http://www.elephantdechaine.net.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to activate the license key on this new domain, as it seems to still be linked to the old one.
I would be grateful if you could deactivate the key associated with the temporary domain so that I can properly activate it on my main domain.

Maye you are facing other problems, is the theme activated (appears as registered?) can you check the My License section on website http://www.elephantdechaine.net if no, then please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and if the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access, also include the link of this topic to can identify you.
