You can use each theme license just on one product (website/domain) these terms are set by Envato here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – http://themeforest.net/licenses/faq They specify that you can use one license for one product (website/domain). You can use it on multiple test sites and on multiple subdomains as a part of the same site-product, for ex. if you use it to create different category styles or different languages with the same content the same environment we have set for our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/

I want to install this theme on my domain and after developing whole website i have to transfer it to clients domain….

Yes, transferring the theme is possible as long as you do not use it on 2 sites ‘simultaneously’. The time that it takes to make the switch does not count. It’s prolonged periods of time that are not OK.

Can you tell me how can i convert it into RTL.
I want to make whole website into URDU language…
One more thing, when i try to import Demo content to website then it struck on a point…. you can see attached image…

Unfortunately our theme does not support RTL. It has no such setting, so it means it will have to be made custom. We cannot provide a solution for it as it at the moment. Sorry.
As for the demo install, please try it out a couple of times as the demos are grabbed from the server and sometimes servers get overwhelmed. It can also be a hosting issue on your end. There are lots of things that affect the demo install. Please follow this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/installing-demo-problem/ and if you cannot get it to work, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look.
