Need help with PHP Fatal error caused by tdc

I have been getting errors like this in my error logs. Would you kindly advise how best to troubleshoot?

Kindly note that the timestamp coincides with server errors 520 and 524 timestamps reported by my users.

I recommend you to change your php version as recommended in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Your guide recommends a PHP version equal to or greater than 7.3. Our site runs on version 7.4 which meets your suggestions.
