Simply install it like a normal plugin and activate it. Here you can find more information about the mobile theme

Please note that this plugin is optional, the main theme has a fully responsive design.

it is showing blank i cant see my pages which i added in my menu

You have to create the menu as you want, then simply assign the menu in the footer section
