There is used a standard template, but you can import a cloud one and use edit it as you need – https://i.imgur.com/ZTb3z2Z.png

Is there a video that describes how to edit the templates?
Do I need to add those elements on one post at a time, or can I add them once to the template for all of the posts with that content type?
Also, how do I attach a particular template to a custom post type so that it is properly applied to all new posts going forward?

You must click on the cloud library to import or create a template.
It depends, if you create them like a post, you can use cpt content -> https://we.tl/t-atzemGMJYm or usi8ng custom fields.
