I´m publishing a Category Template with TagDiv Composer and assigning it to one section.
On that template I have published many Blocks.
I´m having duplicated content accross the modules.
In the Homepage or other pages I have the option Unique Articles, but that is not the case of the Category Template.

On the category template, you can set the specific filter with category – current category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ and use the offset option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/

However, I don’t want to use the offset because I have to manually calculate where and which modules to skip

You need to set only once the offset; you do not need all the time to change.
This option is available only for the pages, not for the templates.
