New Big Grids and blocks not showing

Hi,

Just installed the new version via Envato toolkit and the new Big Grids (9 to 12) and new blocks etc are not showing in Visual Editor. It shows until Big Grid 8 like previews version. I also uninstall and install again visual editor from the latest version and still new Grids etc not showing.

Any help please?

Hi

Please make sure that you have enabled all elements in Visual Composer settings: http://screencast.com/t/wijJbxUmyL6S clear the caches then test again. If you still can’t find new elements in VC editor try to update the theme via ftp as it’s the best way of making a clean update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
