i see the correct content in the WordPress editor for each post, but tagdiv shows the last updated post for ALL my posts so all my end user seen posts are the same with different titles…
and now i lost all my posts. how can i restore these in divtag? this is horrible.
and i no longer see the edit with divtag when in the edit screen of posts.
all of my posts are gone. is there real support with this theme??
Theme cannot delete your posts.
Your posts are saved to dbase in WordPress, and should be visible on your posts>all posts menu from WP menu. Generally the only way you over-write content is if you make new pages with same name, or use some kind of auto delete plugin like delete duplicate posts.
I don’t work here, but have been using TagDiv themes since they launched, and have never had posts “auto delete” on me.
Their support works normal business hours (noted right side of this page), but they don’t check every post in real time. Further, adding more content to a post, actually pushes it back as it’s seen as “new” vs “older” in their support queue.
So, best to wait a bit, but in meantime, consider investigating your WP site setup, disable plugins not being used, and double check your post menu, and the like. You might also check with your hosting provider to see if they can roll back your site to “yesterday” if they do daily backups for you.

Thanks for the response, much appreciate it. I’ve been working WP for over 10 years, this is my first experience with TagDiv. most theses with “support” are not forum based. this is a fresh install, added 3 posts. each post changes all my posts to be the same content. names remain distinct but the default content block is overwritten on each post so they are all identical. IE: i create a new post, my last posts content block is there in TagDiv. Classic editor is blank on all.
i just double checked, even the demo posts are all the last post i made. The ad on the side and the “text with title”.
and just updated a demo a post with adding a “text with title” above the default content and it updated every post with this update. its like its updating a template not the post, but every post if using this template.

This situation occurs because you are proceeding completely incorrectly. Articles should be created using the WordPress editor, while the theme only provides templates to be used for articles (Single Post Shortcodes). From what I can tell, you edited the article template itself and added a text element, which you then kept modifying.

When i first installed the theme i was able to use the tagdiv editor to edit posts. please see here: https://pasteboard.co/G2ynv5XbpRhN.png when i added my third post it updated all posts.
if i add anything to this post it updates all posts with this content. why did the functionality change?

and just to confirm, i just used the WP editor and the posts do not update. do you need screenshots? do you have anything besides public forum support?

You can use the tagDiv Composer to create pages and templates, not individual posts.
What happened is that you added a Text with Title element to a single post template. Each time you thought you were editing the post content, you were actually editing that fixed element in the template. Because it’s a static element, the same text appears on all articles that use this template.
Instead, you should use the Post Content element. This element automatically renders the content created in the WordPress editor (Classic Editor or Gutenberg) and will display the correct, unique content for each post.
thanks, does this work with other WYSIWYG editors like Elementor? IE: can i update the post content with Elementor and use the “Single Post Content” element to pull it in?

We generally recommend using the WordPress editor (classic editor or gutenberg) to create articles, as these editors are thoroughly tested and fully compatible with our theme templates.
While it is possible to use a different editor, we cannot guarantee that everything will work correctly.
Our theme is tested with the free version of Elementor, but only for pages specifically, new pages created from scratch using Elementor. Editing existing pages with Elementor is not supported.
