New Theme has crashed site

Hi

Our website has basically crashed after updating to the latest version of Newspaper. How can I get it solved? http://sheppadviser.com.au

I have been installing latest version, it still requests tagdiv composer activated yet on the plugin panel it has been activated. Is this the cause of my problems and what is the workaround?

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
