Hello I currently have a media website using the Newsmag Theme. Recently something weird occurred. The theme did not automatically update from 2016 to 2017 and it caused the website to crash. When the web site crashed all of the plugins that were installed disappeared. I have since had to purchase the theme a second time and just had it installed again. The theme has been updated to 2017 and the site has partially reappeared. we have installed some of the plugins but we are still having issues recovering the complete site. I wanted to know if you might be able us information on why this happend and what we need to do to get the site to work properly. Also I would like to know why this occurred and why I had to purchase the theme a second time. Resepctfully Derek Burrell

First of all, thank you for your interest in our theme! Unfortunately, please keep in mind that you were not supposed to purchase the second license for the theme, sorry! Please notice that if you have one license purchased, you will have access to all the updates. Also, please notice that we do not recommend the automatic updates because it is not a safe way for updating your theme, every time. Our recommended way for updating your theme is via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.
