Just make sure that you are using the last version of theme v10.3.6 and you have set the Instagram id -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ after that the Instagram should work.

The Instagram , but note that is very possible that the number of followers to be 0 because Instagram restricted the access to there api, but using Instagram feeds should work. Our developers are working for a new implementation of that part, also we need for this a new Instagram id to get the followers and we do not get yet the approve for it. I understand, one more question this is happening on all social networks and not just on instagram, is it related to the same problem with the instagram id?
Hi Irisvaldo Morais, the problem was only for Instagram, for YouTube you need to make sure that you have set the youtube api key in theme panel and the rest of theme should work without extra api.
