I have just purchased a license for NewsPaper 11 for one site. I just want to inform them that I will create a development website (with Newspaper 11 theme) at dev2.htea.eu to prepare for the main website (of which the domain will be defined after).
How it work for us please explain me.

There are two places for a license: one can be used for staging, and the other is for the live version of your product/sub-domain/website.
