Hi,
Please provide the link to your website.
Also, please check this option -> https://i.imgur.com/P9jmyXT.png
Thank you!
I’m having the same problem (Instagram Gallery Block Render Failed – Tried accessing nonexisting field (comments_count) on node type (Media)
I also don’t use the Instagram in the footer.
Hi
@Terra Adentro From your screenshots I see that you use a personal account.
Please try to change the settings from here save and check after https://i.imgur.com/XWqtDYx.png
@norbiQue I need some screenshots and the link.
Thank you!
This has also been happening with our Instagram footer; same exact error.
No changes were made in our side and it suddenly stopped working.
After updating WordPress and Newspaper theme the problem persisted. I’d bet this is a change on Instagram’s side that requires a new update for the theme.
I solved this way … https://imgur.com/a/8TkAugC
reconfiguring the personal Facebook account and then the business one. Thanks for the support

It wasn’t expired yet, but following the above advice I renewed the token for 60 more days. It’s still not fixed.
Should I create another thread?
We don’t own a business account.

Yes, we have a personal account set up.
Newspaper version is 12.4. As I said before, this started happening suddenly and updating WordPress & Newspaper didn’t work out.
Hi,
we have again the same issue after last update. The Private Account is still connected and not expired, but the Instagram gallery is not shown.
Instead, there is an error: Block Render Failed – Tried accessing nonexisting field (comments_count) on node type (Media)
Best regards, Daniel
Hello,
same issue here:
https://kitz-magazin.de/
What can I do?
Happy about feedback
Bernd
I will do some tests with my personal account. Please let me know if you use the element from Theme Panel -> Footer or the Instagram widget from tagDiv Composer.
We use the first one, theme panel’s footer. https://i.imgur.com/IptXBQZ.png
Exact same problem here. Lastest version of Newspaper. No changes made prior to error occurring. Personal Instagram.
