Newspaper 6 Child Theme

I HAVE NEWSMAG AND JUST PURCHASED NEWSPAPER 6 TO SWITCH TO I DO NOT SEE A CHILD THEME IN THE DOWNLOAD LIKE IN NEWSMAG. AM I MISSING IT AND WHAT IS THE ALERNATIVE SO WHEN I UPLOAD ANY NEW UPDATE I DONT LOSE MY CURRENT SITE.

Same. I try to use old child theme, but got error functions.php blah blah blah.

Please provide child theme for Newspaper 6.

Child them is in the Newspaper download folder. Look in the /Code directory for the child theme, read me, and api plugin.
