Newspaper 8.5 fails to upload in WP

Hosting: godaddy
Issue: updating Newspaper 8.1 to 8.5

Error messages are given using both methods of upload.
FTP and VIA Upload new theme page on the WordPress admin page

The upload aborts once it reaches the following instance:

An error is given td_module_mx12.php

All the following files after this are aborted and thus no upgrade.

Hi,

Please check these parameters in the theme system status and see if they are set properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make modifications to them if it is required. Then try again to install the theme. Usually the FTP method is the most recomended

Follow the steps for this method as they are described and there should be no issue. Let us know if there still is a problem.
