Newspaper 8 Upgrade Fail

Hi,

I’m trying to upgrade from v4 to v8 on a staging site and it keeps failing.
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/76/41295276/html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/
Theme installation failed.

Please advise. Thank you!

Hello,

Please use ftp to update as it seems wordpress did not remove all of the folders. Choose the ftp method provided here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
