Hi,
So after you update the theme to the latest version the theme panel will not save anything anymore? In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below.
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more

If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
I checked an there is no php.ini file in my SFTP account.
I did update the default-constants.php page in the wp-includes directory and uploaded this but the wp super cache plugin is not allowed in this server.
I will follow this second step below:If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Simon,
I am sending you the credentials to login to the FTP and admin tool. The admin-ajax.php file is read only and GODaddy.com cannot change these permissions for security purposes. The files that can be updated are the .user.ini or wp-config file. I really need to be able to add our google adsense script into the Newspaper theme panel in order to generate revenue and worry that we are losing money every day that this panel does not allow us to save this script on our home page and posts pages. Would you please update me on how this is going? Here are our credentials again:
Power of Humans WordPress admin information:

The admin ajax has to be available to the theme at all times, or there will be problems. If it is blocked by security modules or by the server there would be nothing we can do about it.
I have checked and that is the case – https://www.screencast.com/t/8fxKXxUDH The server firewall is denying the theme access to the admin ajax.
You could try what is suggested here – https://www.godaddy.com/community/Using-WordPress/Access-Denied-Godaddy-website-firewall/td-p/122009

In the future please send sensitive information by email as suggested above. The forum is public and all users can see all topics. I will edit the topic and remove them.
