Newspaper Logo (in MENU) issue

Hi, I’m trying to change logo as per the guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/

Header is switched off – I don’t need it at this stage.

I’m using GADGET theme, and want to set the MENU logo exactly as GADGET theme logo sits in Menu, near Home.

My logo is a bit wider, e.g. GADGET is 200×458, but if I set 200xZZZ (because website name is longer) – it just shows in a completely wrong way….

I tried as indicated on theme panel 272×72, tried same resolution as GADGET logo – it was around 200×450 – nothing works.

Whats size and type should I upload for it to display correctly. Provide details for all logos – original, retina and footer (where inverted logo should work).

I just want to substitute logos in this Theme with mine, preferably not spending any more time on this….

I have a large PNG logo + inverted logo for the footer, the resolution is 1483×196. How to use them please in this theme?

When I add retina, it seems to resize the logo to 300×40 anyway, which damages the quality and looks BLURRY on retina displays.

I have removed retina logo to try, but it then shows same 300×400 logo “zoomed up” on retina..

Can I disable this normal screen to retina “menu movement”? As long as only one logo stays it should be fine….

P.S. Also I have changed the footer logo and still, it shows Gadgets on my website – have a look please…

Thanks, I will try retina again. Footer and normal logo are working fine.

My theme panel changes in Logo – I have uploaded different sizes, doesn’t seem to change the code (I have checked in HTML)… they are still the logos I have uploaded first.

Now I even removed all logos indicated in Theme Panel (header & footer respective sections).

What to do?
