Newspaper Mega Sub Menus Don’t Show Up

I am using Newspaper12. I created a new menu with mega sub menu. Both main and mega submenu show up fine on PC display; however, the mega sub menus don’t show up on mobile devices. Any ideas?

Thank you again Anamaria, I was able to figure it out.
I have another question. When I update the top & side ads, desktop is effective immediately, however; it takes a day or more for the mobile devices. Is it normal or there is a different place to update for mobile devices?
