Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Also I see that you are using a caching plugin. Please make sure that you have optimized it as it should because it looks like it is pretty clogged at the moment.

Please check and my 2nd website same problem. When I activate mobile theme & amp plugin then score is very slow
