when i activate mobile plugin on my site in mobile its showing 500 internal server error its orking on desktop when i deactivate the plugin site is working tell how can i fix the error

Please try to disable all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Leave just to active only the plugins come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem will be still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. Notice that our mobile theme was fully tested and should work as expected with the theme if it was right installed according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

i had it earlier but by mistake I deleted it from theme panel

Please keep in mind that mobile plugin will come bundled with the theme core files and you can install it or do not if you will not. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation. This plugin has been fully tested with the theme and should work as expected.
