I’m facing the issue when I added a new row with two columns it gonna slipt into separate two rows.

Hi,
Now that is unusual. So by splitting the row in a chosen layout, instead of producing columns it creates multiple rows.
As a first step you could deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this solves the problem. Also review the theme requirements
