I updated to Newspaper 11 and TagDiv no longer has Subscription box shortcodes. They do not offer them as available elements nor do they recognize the subscriptions boxes I already had on my page
“Team Members” no longer displays photos either. Had to revert back to 10.4. The photos are visible inside the editor but not on the published page.
Same issue over here (with Team Members)!
TagDiv Composer is creating this error and the website not working: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. I have removed TagDiv Composer and reinstall it but the moment I activate it the error reappears again.

Hi! So I already had subscription block elements on my page and now when I open my page it just shows lines of code, and in the TagDiv editor it does not show a subscription box as an element option anymore.
Can you be more specific about what settings you need?

Is the Newsletter plugin active in your theme panel ? As you can see here this must be active. When you are seeing short codes instead of an element that is because the plugin needed for that is not active: https://www.screencast.com/t/snqtrETIx

I have the same problem, I install the tagdiv composer without problems, but when activating it throws a critical error on the web, I must later uninstall from the file manager.
I’m having composer issues as well. I had to take a site offline because it just stopped working and I can’t activate or reupload it. This is the only time (and I’ve been using since v. 8) that an update has crippled a site.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
