I can not save any changes to the Newspaper – Theme panel indicator shows the work of 10 minutes and does not save changes

This also happened to me. If you have any firewall plugin installed, as wordfence, deactivated during the changes and once you completed activate again.
If you have Wordfence plugin just go to Firewall >> Firewall Status >> change to Learning Mode and Save.

If you use WordFence, disable it, save the changes and then re-enable Wordfence.
