Newspaper Theme Panel not visible after 10.3 update

Hi,
The Newspaper X was updated through Envato method to 10.3 after which the Theme Panel cannot be seen. I have also cleared the cache.
Pl advice

I did the same. Thank You. It’s working.
May I suggest that a video be made of such updates, which may not be more than 3 minutes so that it’s easy to follow instructions than search, read, etc.
