Looks the same even if I delete all my custom CSS in my theme panel. Everything functioned perfect before the update.

Thanks,
Maurice

Hi,

This is a known issue and it is related to cdn. The error will fix itself once all caches get cleared. Your site.host/cdn is feeding the old style.css file from newspaper 6 and until the cache/cdn is cleared it will show this way. Caches have a set time interval for resets, but you can reset them manually. It can be either a caching plugin, a cdn server or even hosting that provides cache directly. SO your options are either wait for it to clear or you can manually clear everything you can and try to find out if your host has any caching and how it can be cleared.
As for the social counter, please update the plugin as well. Disable and delete your current version and install the new version (4.1) that is bundled with the latest version of the theme.

I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Thank you the caching of the old css file is now cleared and working fine. I was having issues with my instagram account not showing the right followers so I did update the social counter plugin when I updated to the latest theme. That fixed the Instagram counter but then my Facebook likes were 0. I will delete it and try again and see what happen. I will reply to this post with the results.

Thanks,
Maurice

Nope… Deleted old plugin folder and reinstalled the latest version and it’s still showing 0 for Facebook. Twitter and Instagram working correctly.

This looks like it’s a common issue with lots of other users. I just did a simple search and many different topics popped up with June 2016 dates. If someone could please figure out what is going on it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Maurice

I’m having a similar problem as the OP’s first image – duplicate menu appearing at the top of the page.

I am not running a CDN or caching plugin, plus I always do a control-shift-R in the browser to force the page reload which tells my browser to ignore any files cached locally in the browser and re-download from the server.

Very disturbing.

Hi,

@Maurice
Please follow this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problems-with-tagdiv-social-counter/ and if you still have issues with the social counter after that, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and inspect the issue.

@Solstyce You could have a hosting cache that comes directly from the server as I see this is a trending habit of hosting providers. Please contact your host and ask about any caching that could be in place and ask a clear if it;s possible. Alternatively wait a bit until it clears itself. Maybe it already did at this time. Please let us know if you still have problems with this and provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.

Thank you!
