only takes into account my like, and make my app, this live, and place the app id and token
What can be failing not counting the real value?

The caching is the main reason for the counter not pulling the real value live. The social counter is not a live count and is affected by cache. It keeps requests to the server to a minimum of a few requests per day so it will fall behind with a few likes. If you have caching this will be even more visible as it will not display the new value until the cache is reset.

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme (7.1.1) if not, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then make sure you use the latest version of the social counter which is 4.1 If you do not have this version, please deactivate and delete files for your current plugin and install the social counter that comes bundled with the latest theme version.
