Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Even I used FTP to upload the theme they gove me this message
I uploaded just the theme for wordpress

Which file are you uploading? Make sure it is the Newspaper.zip file and not the newspaper-rtf one.
