Please let me know if you want to have a smart list for the whole post or you want to have it only at beginning of the post?
If you want to have only of the top of the post, then you need to set the end of the smart list => https://i.imgur.com/kkiyMZY.png (in the classic editor)
Also, you can’t have more the one smart list on the post. https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/
