Hey people there is one issue with sharing the post specially on WhatsApp. our website the news portal and the client is facing many issues with WhatsApp shared link, many times this happens that on the shared link the feature image is not loaded but with few links everything goes perfectly. We have been trying to resolve this for so long but not able to get the solution.

The featured image that need to be display when you share a post on Facebook (this option should make the settings for whatsapp too), then you can use our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ use yoast seo (in this guide you will know how to display the og image using yoast plugin).

Still things not working. In many Whatsapp shared link the thumbnail is not showing but when i share on Facebook every single thumbnail is showing.

This may be an issue due tot the writing that your website uses. As you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/znzyqChPw this is how whatsApp sees your URL.
Can you try this using the default theme so we can make sure that this issue is theme related ? Do you have a test site ?
