Hello, maybe someone can shed some light here. I noticed that the picture gallery on my page is not loaded correctly anymore. For example, with 2 or 3 layouts and with large and full size images, but the large version of the image is not loaded if you click on one of the thumbnails, which are loaded strangely, and in the console I get the error message 404 “Not found”, although it is the same link as from the media library. Hence my question: Is the problem only with me or has someone had the same experience?
I have WordPress 5.1 and php 7.2.14 and only minimalistic plugins, which I have already tested by deactivating them. Older galleries in posts also don’t work in the normal lightbox version anymore, but the TagDiv Slide Gallery is fully functional.
Try it out:
1. open Classic Editor or Gutenberg Editor with Classic Block
2. create a gallery with 2 or 3 layouts and don’t adjust anything else
3. test if your gallery loads the big picture when you click on a thumbnail
I hope for a resolution of the problem and thank you in advance!
Hi,
For me the lightbox is still working check this video->
Modal window (Lightbox effect) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
If there is still a problem please provide some more details -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QeNDdl9t
Thank you for your understanding!
You might want to check again on v9.5 because that option is not displaying for me either. I am using site post template style 3 and when I add an image or a gallery, clicking the pencil icon on the image just takes me back to the media window and no options for the image. No resizing, opening in modal, etc..
Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the classic element from the Gutenberg or you have install the classic editor plugin and make the steps from my video also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
