Not able to edit using tagdiv

I am having issues editing my websites that I have used Tagdiv. The load process is either extremely slow or does not load at all. One site in particular, I am unable to edit anything on the site that uses Tagdiv. I have updated the theme and tried with the plugins disabled (except tagdiv composer).

Hello,

Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ you can try to double the wp memory limit, and please make sure you do not have a plugin conflict.
What PHP version and theme version do yo have?

The memory limit is 256MB. The Max Execution time is 2000. And the max input vars is 5000. The PHP version is 8.1. I tried disabling every plugin except tagdiv composer and the problem persists.

There are no error messages on the backend of the WordPress console.

I get this message after about five minutes of trying to upload the template.

Try testing the site from a new network connection or via an online proxy to see if you can duplicate the problem.

I did that. I was able to duplicate the problem from another location. It’s not working from another network connection.
