Strange issue.
It is not possible to create new page.
All the rest works fine.
If using wordfence – disable it; causing many issues with wp 4.5.2
might not be your issue, but a top problem

Try this
a) resave permalinks
b) use wp-optimize to remove transients
c) clear your web browser cache/history

It adds another mce editor for the pages and ALL the pages except the homepage need to be created in this editor to display on the mobile theme.Basically there will be 2 versions of each page. The desktop one you already have and you have to create another one for mobile without using VC. The mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to provide better loading speed.
