Not working no longer News filter for popular for last 7 days

Hi.

I noticed that my filter for posts for popular on last 7 days stopped working. It is showing old post from may 2024. Please provide some guide to fix this. Very important.

Here is the setting to display the post views: https://app.screencast.com/L1mqzAPYrvQaz
Use the element Single Post Views somewhere in the tagdiv Composer while editing the post.
Try to visit the page once and verify the post views counter. Make sure this option is enabled: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/

I’ve tried the steps provided, including disabling the plugin cache and adding the Single Post Views element in tagDiv Composer, but the post views counter still isn’t working. Do you see the views for your posts in Dashboard -> Posts?
Please view some posts so the counter starts.

@Ruteris do you know what the problem was? As we’re also experiencing a similar issue on our website where post counter is working but no posts are showing when “Popular (last 7 days) option is selected in the Sort order field.

Hello @mm-2!

Please note: “This sorting option will pick popular posts in the last 7 days, ordered by page views.” This means it’s not sorted by the publish date, just by page views from the last 7 days.

Hi Bettina can you suggest a way or custom code so that popular news works not only by views, but also by publication date, for example, so that the filter works not for all time, but for example for the last 7 days
